PAPER MAGNETIC FILTERS

Paper magnetic filters are designed for removal of magnetic and non-magnetic impurities – that feature maximum 50°C and 20 cSt – from all types of fluids and cooling media. The filtering set – consisting of a magnetic filter and paper filter – enables obtaining of up to 98.5% purity of the cooling medium; the dimensions of all the remaining ferro- and paramagnetic impurities do not exceed 20 microns. Such purity of cooling medium along with the application of non-woven fabric – which is recommended by the filter manufacturer – enable obtaining a high-quality of surface roughness. The magnetic and magnetic paper filters used for cleaning acid and basic fluids are manufactured as part of a special-purpose process.
